Customer service can make or break an experience. From the start, Gabe was friendly, never pushy, helpful and willing to work with us. I can't imagine the car-buying experience being any better. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about these guys is "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION". They have set real high standards and I am glad to be a part of Royal Chevy customers. Warren Cieslak was the person who helped me with the purchase of my new Camaro last week and he was like the best. The price was great and never had to do a lot of negotiation with them. He gave me the freedom to build the car in the same exact way that I was dreaming off and the most important is for the same price. All he was worried about was how satisfied I was with my purchase. It just took them a day to get my car from another dealership and have helped me in customizing the stickers for free and that was awesome. The other best thing that I would give as an example for their best work is that after I have purchased my car, they have offered me a $1500 free accessories certificate or a $500 cash back since the Chevy was offering a $500 cash back on the new cars after I have purchased mine. Dino was my finance manager who helped me getting the best rate of interest despite of me being a first time car buyer on my credit history. I just liked them a lot and also have taken a picture of me and my car with Warren who bought me my first dream car just the way I wanted. I would recommend anyone who is willing to purchase a new car to approach Royal Chevy. They are the best in what they do. More

I constantly receive the emails from Michael Yates concerning deals and specials. I talked with him last week and told him I wanted to pursue the two most recent ones I received -- a $199 per month le concerning deals and specials. I talked with him last week and told him I wanted to pursue the two most recent ones I received -- a $199 per month lease on a Malibu and some new care specials (with rebates) for either the Malibu or Cruze. Well, I wasn't able to get there during the week, so following some chores on Saturday, my wife, daughter and I came down to take a gander at the Malibus and Cruzes. Once there we were met by Chad Khelfa, who told us he was new but would be glad to help us in anyway, so I explained the purpose for my visit and we looked at the cars mentioned. I told him our purpose was two-fold: One, that we were in a need of a good family car since both our vehicles had more than 150K miles on them. Two, I was not interested in paying anything more than I was already paying. We decided that the 2012 Malibus on the floor, with the $3,000 rebates, was the best option. We expressed our concerns with Chad Kelfa, and told him if we got a little more for the trade-in we would be interested in a deal. Long story short, mission accomplished. From there, the paperwork done by Luke Reid, the prepping of the car and getting us familiar with our new car along with cleaning out of my old car by Chad Khelka was done admirably. The total Saturday afternoon effort was both an enjoyable and rewarding experience, besides a little buys' remorse that I get after every purchase, was done the utmost professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Royal and the above parties to anyone, and in fact, I happen to mention to someone today who said they might be in the market for a new car soon. More
Excellent customer service... I can't express that enough. I was very pleased with my experience at Royal Chevrolet. I emailed several dealerships and Ronald Carter was the first to call. He assured me that I will be on the road again before the weekend was over. He picked me up from my job that Friday evening and gave me a vehicle to test drive. I was even allowed to keep it overnight which was very convienient at the time since I did not have a vehicle. This also gave me time to look at their website and really see what car would really fit my budget and accomodate my family size. Everything I asked for to secure the purchase of the vehicle was taken care of and then some! I highly recommend Royal Chevrolet when looking for a vehicle. Ask for Ron Carter. I purchased a used silverado z71 from the used car division of royal chevrolet. In the month that followed I had a few issues that I needed to have fixed. When I purchased the truck George Byrnes told me that if I had any issues just to let him know and he would take care of it and that he was a big fan of his customers. I will say this .....My expectations where exceeded as everything that went wrong was fixed with a smile. It is rare these days to deal with such honesty in the used car business. Both he and Roland Jaro have made a customer for life and I would recomend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

we purchased a new 2012 Equinox in 2/12 with a great experience. I referred a work collegue after that purchase who also bought a new Equinox( almost identical to ours). Unfortunately, 9/19/12 my husban experience. I referred a work collegue after that purchase who also bought a new Equinox( almost identical to ours). Unfortunately, 9/19/12 my husband was in an accident and the vehicle was a total loss. The good news was that he suffered only a chest contusion and bruises and did not require hospitilazation. Someone ran a 4 way stop at estimate of 45 mph and hit the front of the vehicle and spun him around. Obviously, the equinox is a very safe SUV. The following Monday, my husband went to Royal to look at cars while awaiting the settlement. We received the settlement on Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday we received a call from Mike; my husband inquired about a vehicle on the internet that was in transit. We were out cutting the grass when we both saw a silver Equinox coming down the road and then pulled in the drive. It was Mike from Royal Chevrolet. I might add that we were going out of town the next day for our 35th wedding anniversary that was on 9/23. We typically do not enjoy shopping for vechicles and do not usually purchase new cars. When we purchased the first one in 2/12 I told my husband to get what he wanted because it would probably be the last car purchase he would have. Little did i know how wrong i was. We liked the vehicle, the price and the personal delivery was unheard of! We said yes on the spot and made arrangements to sign the paperwork that following Monday when we returned. Mike even asked if we wanted the vehicle for the trip. Needless to say, it had been a stressful time after the wreck but the superior personal customer service was beyond imagination.
