I have 1300 miles on the truck with a noticeable improvement in a few areas. Cabin noise is super quiet, the interior looks and feels better with quality materials used all while being more user friendly. I am seeing 2mpg average better than my 2012, a 23.1mpg “best” knowing my truck isn’t even broken in yet! You truly lead the industry in the truck world, it is good to know that Chevy is already using things like aluminum body panels on the 2014 even if it isn’t advertised. Keep it up Chevy your new Silverado is awesome, pass along my thanks to all the Men & Women who had a part in producing this vehicle! More

Let me start off by saying prior to coming to Royal Chevrolet, I went to my local Chevrolet Dealer who jerked me around for 3 days and told me they couldn't get me financed but had me approved for a le Chevrolet, I went to my local Chevrolet Dealer who jerked me around for 3 days and told me they couldn't get me financed but had me approved for a lease at $740.00 per month for 48 months. I said no thanks and left. The next day I went to Royal Chevrolet and talked with Steve Castillo. I told him of my experience at my local dealership. Steve ask me if I wanted him to show me trucks or did I have something in mind. I gave Steve the stock # for 2 trucks I saw on the internet. It was a cold snowy day, he told me to stay inside he would go get the trucks and bring them around. While he was gone to get the first truck I found the second truck on the show room floor. When he came back I informed him I wanted the truck on the floor. I also told him I didn't need to test drive it as I was driving a 2013 Silverado I wanted to Trade in on the 2014 4 wheel drive unit. Steve said let me get some info from you I answered a few questions, Steve told me to give him a few minutes, He when over to talk to Luke in Finance. They did in less than 3 hours what my local dealer couldn't do in 3 days. I left there in a brand new 2014 Silverado with all the stuff I wanted with the payment I wanted, and they gave me a very fair trade in allowance on my Silverado that had 25,000 miles on it in a year. More

I was hoping to buy a used (2011 or 2012) Chevy Equinox but there were no options which was disappointing but not Mike's fault. He did his due dilligence in attempting to find one for me, but unfortunately it did not work out. I chose 5's because Mike spent all afternoon with me and put in 100% effort trying to help me fine what I was looking for. In the end he worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He also went over thoroughly all of the features etc. inside the car. I originally went to CarMax and returned the car because it had technical issues. I'm so glad I decided not to buy a car from CarMax and I found Mike at the Chevy dealership!! So far that was the best decision I have made in 2014! Mike should get a fat bonus for doing an A+ job!!!!!!!!!!! More
Purchased 2005 Altima with fairly low mileage. Thought I was getting good car. That's what salesman told me. A little over a month after purchase, routine inspection found engine mount separating from engine, bad power steering rack and hi pressure power steering line seized into rack. I had brought the car to Nissan dealer to fix cloudy headlights that I had not noticed at dealer I purchased car from and Nissan found these other items while doing a standard check. Luckily I had purchased an aftermarket warrantee from dealer and, after some arguing with the warranty company, they covered most of if. I still ended up having to lay out over $600 out of pocket. I contacted dealer via phone and email. Even though it was a few days past 30 day dealer guarantee, I thought they might do something. Have not heard a word back from them. Don't know how Royal Chevrolet is with their new car sales but I would advise staying away from their used car division. Not what I'd call a quality dealership. More

On January 15, 2014 Michael Yates, Royal Chevrolet Sales Representative, took extra care and time to set up my blue tooth system in my car and paired my cellular phone to my 2014 Cruze LT. He also demonstr Representative, took extra care and time to set up my blue tooth system in my car and paired my cellular phone to my 2014 Cruze LT. He also demonstrated how to use the blue tooth system through my touch screen panel to access my phone operations. And on January 24, 2014 Michael Yates downloaded OnStar onto my cellular phone for mobile remote use with my car and demonstrated how to use my phone to access OnStar remote system. He also set my phone for easier use and set the configuration in my car for my radio system. Michael Yates was not my Sales Representative when I bought my 2014 Cruze LT on January 3, 2014 yet he took the extra care and time to please me as a Royal Chevrolet customer. This is going "beyond the call of duty” and shows great pride in his job and for the customers at Royal Chevrolet. He was very professional and considerate to honor my requests and questions. Thank you Mr. Del Mugford, Mr. Ron Carter, Mr. Luke Reid and Mr. Michael Yates for treating me like royalty. Just picked up my 2014 Stingray from Royal Chevrolet. The overall sales experience could not have been better. From the ordering/buying process through the final delivery of my vehicle the entire Royal staf overall sales experience could not have been better. From the ordering/buying process through the final delivery of my vehicle the entire Royal staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Steve Castillo, Bob Moore and Dino Capocelli made the experience very enjoyable. Of course, this was not a surprise as I've purchased from Royal on numerous prior occassions and they've always been great. I would also like to note that my prior service experiences at Royal have also been great. Vince Lepore has always been very professional, competent and friendly. I have no reservations about referring friends to Royal for their next vehicle! More
