I spent they next 45 minutes getting all my questions answered through multiple emails. The price was very good, so I set up an appointment for the next afternoon. George Byrnes met me when I came in and referred me to Steve Castillo. Steve quickly got me access to the Sante Fe and we went for a test drive. The car was very clean, and was just what I was looking for. I was buying the vehicle for my wife for her birthday. We worked out the details and they were able to beat my credit union's interest rate. Steve came out after the transaction was complete and helped me and my kids clean all the junk out of our minivan and put it in the Santa Fe. My wife was completed shocked when me and the kids showed up with her new SUV. The next day, my wife noted one of the rear tail lights had a crack in it and the turn signal bulb was working intermittently. She had to drop off her minivan key, so she asked Steve about getting the tail light fixed. It was a quick "absolutely". I have order the part and will be fixing it as soon as it comes it. We highly recommend Steve Castillo and Royal Chevrolet. More

I went to Royal to xxxxx my trade in and look at the Silverado. Matt not only showed me that vehicle but made sure that I had several options to consider. I was also allowed to take the truck home to show my husband, since the vehicle was for him. We felt the price was very fair and strait forward with no "tricks". We both agree that the friendliness and professionalism of everyone we met at Royal was outstanding. It is obvious that this dealership takes pride in it's business. Once the sale was finalized, Matt even took the time to sync our phones to the Bluetooth and make sure we understood all of the components of the truck. By far this was the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. We would definitely recommend Royal to our friends and family! More

After looking over the lot and finding no others, I was about to leave when Ron approached and told me there one new car left inside the show room. I had been in the market for a new car for a few months and I am not one to just buy without doing some homework. So I knew a good deal when offered. Ron was very helpful in providing all the information to close the deal and help me get to signature. Since the signing Ron has continued to be very helpful with questions and followup appointments. I met Mike Dingess from a previous visit as I test drove a 2014 Malibu L Went to Royal Chevorlet on New New Years' Eve just to look around for a car. I met Mike Dingess from a previous visit as I test drove a 2014 Malibu LT in July 2014. I went there so I could be certain for myself that I would qualify for a vehicle at all. Mike took down my information and submitted it to Dino, who was one of the finance managers there. Mike returned minutes later with good news saying that I qualify for a 2013 Malibu LT (just what I wanted). I was surprised that I even qualified for anything that new at all! Mike was very hospitable and kept his promises in his customer transaction as well as a smile on his face and treated every employee with respect as well as other customers. He is a true asset to the Royal Automotive Group. May he be successful in this dealership and thank you for selling me the car! I sure needed it because my 2000 Century stalled at an intersection on a downtown street and had to be towed two hours before coming to Royal. Thank you Mike Dingess and the Royal Team! More
