I think it speaks volumes whenever referrals are actually brought into a dealership because it means that the impression of the business is a good one. I think the experience over all was a very positive one. I do however; feel that due to my boyfriend’s past with the dealership and his credit history, a better deal could have been made when it came to the actual car, since he is Primary on the loan. I wanted an Equinox Lt, but the actual monthly payments that were presented to me were way out of my reach. I felt bad as I had to settle for the LS, but still feel pleased with the purchase. In the future, I will still consider Royal my first option in my next car search, but will keep my options open for a better deal else where. More

However, in researching an existing vehicle in stock, I found the truck that had everything I needed. They then worked to get me the best deal on a trade I had and even found financing at a rate cheaper than my Credit Union. I was in/out in less than an hour with my new ride. They searched for every discount they could find for me from my GM Credit Card points to the recent Car S I bought a truck from Royal this afternoon. They searched for every discount they could find for me from my GM Credit Card points to the recent Car Show discounts. The best was when I was almost ready to leave and they asked who my auto insurance company was. When I told them, it turns out GM had an additional discount for my auto insurance company. The guys at Royal paid for my new step rails that I had installed on my Silverado by finding me that additional discount. Great work, Royal guys! More
