I went in with my hands up and came out with a New Car. I went in "just to look" and Ronnie Wade came right out of the building and headed right toward me. I was prepared to put my hands up in mock surrende I went in "just to look" and Ronnie Wade came right out of the building and headed right toward me. I was prepared to put my hands up in mock surrender and hit him with my "Don't bother me, I'm just looking" speech. And much to my surprise he walked right past me.... and said "How'ya doing?" I said "Fine". He said "Let me know if I can help you with anything." And before he could get away I asked him about the price of the vehicle that I was interested in. He told me the asking price and kept going. I thought "Well, good. Now I can look around without him trying to 'sell me a car'". Next thing I know he's got the keys in the door and he's opening the car up. "Just in case you want to take a look inside" he says and steps back. So I got in (who wouldn't), he slips in the other side. Before long we've got her on the road and I'm falling in love with this car that I've always dreamed of owning. Ronnie was great. He was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and humble, He made me laugh, and he made me feel confident in my ability to make an informed decision. It wasn't until the next day that I got up the courage to make an offer that I hoped was reasonable, but that I was sure was going to get laughed at. Next thing I know we are shaking on a deal. I'm still not believing how easy all this is. Ronnie actually met me up at the dealership on a Sunday to make this deal. Wow, I didn't even think about the place being closed on Sundays when he agreed to meet me up there. And of course the offices were closed, the banks were closed, so he said "let me give you a call in the next day or two and we'll see what we can do". I figured that meant that this was never going to happen. Something was bound to go wrong. But he called me Monday morning and all he wanted to know was "When would you like to come and pick up your car?" It was that easy. Even picking up the car, signing papers and all, took all of 20 minutes. Ronnie took all of the fear and doubt out of car buying. He is the best! I recommend him to everyone! More

Royal Chevrolet worst dealership ! I have a chevy cruze, so I got an oil leak and called dealer they said is under warranty, so I got an appointment with them at 7:00 am . I wake up early in the morning went in there drop the car and they said that as soon they know smth I will get a call. By the end of the day at 5:00pm somebody from there called me and said that he is sorry , he was really busy and couldn`t check my car , said tomorrow at first hour he will check it, guess what ? Next day around noon I stopped by them to check on my car, and here you go, they didn`t even check the car ... I was so upset because I really needed the car, So I didn`t even want their service anymore, I refused to keep my car in there and got it back. So how kind of service is this ? one and a half day and nothing , not even touch the car ? I will never ever go back to this dealer ! And By the way , my car has 50k miles and in owner`s manual said that is time to service my transsmision, Dealership said they won`t do it until it gets 100k, yes sure, when is out of warranty and to say to me that I didn`t serve the car in the right way ! So I called the other chevrolet dealer, they said that is really time to serve the transsmision and will do it in less than 2 hours, So I will go in there to fix my car, coz Royal Chevrolet is the worst dealer ever ! More

After they got back I asked Matt if we could test drive the Malibu, he got the paperwork going with sue and while they were completing it we went for a test drive. I knew I wanted that car and told Matt I would be back on Tuesday to do the paperwork for it. When I got there on Tuesday Matt met us and started the paperwork along with looking for the best deal they could get me. The whole experience from Saturday and Tuesday was beyond great and I will be back to buy my next car and will recommend anyone and everyone looking for a car to go to royal Chevy and speak to Matt More

The staff was extremely friendly, and not that artificial friendliness that you get when they think you are going to buy something. I am at the tail-end of a GM Buyback on a 2014 GMC Sierra, so the idea of me buying another GM product, after the bad taste in my mouth from the truck, was the furthest from my decisioning process. My day started off with every intention on purchasing a new truck from Toyota, but because other dealerships didn't give me that courtesy and respect that I felt I should deserve as their customer, it drove me to check out that one car I really had wanted, researched and had to test drive; the Chevrolet SS. After stopping in at Royal Chevrolet, and talking with Josh and Mike Z., by the end of the day they made me their customer. Plus, Luke in Finance kept me laughing throughout the painless signing process. And it did not stop there... the car had a few "quirks" that needed to be resolved. They stayed with the issues until everything was worked out and solved, ultimately delivering the vehicle to me at my work. While I'm not your typical car customer because I do the research beforehand and pretty much know what I like, I paid attention to the other customers around me and their shopping/buying experiences. Because of all of this, I would recommend Royal Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase. More
