Disrespectful, Rude and Dishonest I had an 08 Avalanche that I bough brand new from them had all my servicing done by the service department. Problem came into play when the same issu I had an 08 Avalanche that I bough brand new from them had all my servicing done by the service department. Problem came into play when the same issue happened 3 times. The first 2 times it was covered under the manufacturers warranty I was suppose to get a loaner car they said they didn't have any & they had the car for 4 days --- on the 3rd occurrence which was 11 months after the last time. Which should have been covered under the warranty of the previous repair because the reciept said 12 months or 12000 had met either but the service dude said nah we fixed your truck on 2nd time as courtesy for no charge you will be charge this. I said it was under my warranty he nope it was expired I said sir my warranty expired in sept 2013 I had it repaired in August. He said well you still have to pay I said I need to speak to the service manager Dave Bartlett I left a message for him to call me got no call for 1 1/2 day. So I paid him a visit he would look me in the face. He said I was wrong & that I was a liar in front of other customers. Talking to Dave was a waste of time to me. He went and got my original purchase order and the ticket from August 2013 to prove I was out of warranty. While he did that I found one of the owners another waste of time he listened and nodded that's it. Dave came back and said I had 2 weeks left on my warranty when it was repaired in August 2013. So I said oh so you didn't cover it as a courtesy because it was under the manufacturers warranty. He refused to apologize for calling me a liar. He said the dude at the service desk should apologize. He said that all while the owner was standing there After I got my truck fixed which I had use my extended coverage with $250 copay asked them to cover it. For the horrible customer service and because the same thing was repaired less than a year ago. So 8 months after all this having to go the dealership for service way out the way I got rid of my Chevorlet Avalanche since Royals name was on the back of my truck More

Matthew put the ball in my court, he helped me shop without being annoying and pushy. When I didn't purchase the vehicle right away he followed up with me once a week, asked if I needed anything and was truly concerned about all the craziness that I was going through with the insurance company, the gap insurance etc. Matthew eventually sold me a 2015 Chevy Sonic and I love it !!!! He was patient, caring and super helpful. More

Purchase I found this dealer looking at the Internet , I contacted them a rep by the name of Reggie came to look at my trade and then came back with the truck I found this dealer looking at the Internet , I contacted them a rep by the name of Reggie came to look at my trade and then came back with the truck I was looking to purchase. I decided to trade my vehicle and purchase a truck from this dealership. Ronnie had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. He even called my insurance company I did nothing except hop in my new vehicle. All the guys at this dealership are phenomenal and genuine I highly recommend this dealer and will be going back to purchase a vehicle for my daughter , if you are looking for a great buying experience use this dealership and again Ronnie Wade is phenomenal to work with .
