Steve does a great job working with me and my busy schedule, he found exactly what I was looking for and let me decide between which of the two trucks to bring in. So even if they don't have the exact vehicle you are looking for they will get what you want very quickly and bring it in, while still providing a great price. The Royal dealership is excellent, very easy to work with and the top dealer in Richmond. It is a local family owned business, with many long term employees. We worked with Josh Harris who has impeccable knowledge about all of the vehicles. He was patient and not AT ALL pushy like some other dealerships. He helped us narrow down what we wanted and made sure all of our questions were answered. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process but was never overbearing. He worked really hard to get me the best deal on a car that was exactly what I was looking for. We also worked briefly with his colleague Vince who was very professional and knowledgeable.
