Let me start off by saying I qualified for the vehicle and was approved before I came to drive a vehicle, so The way I see it, like all the other places I have bought a car from easy peasy. The sales guy Siem would never close the deal for me to drive the vehicle so I came to the kernersville location. And a lady Named Joe helped me, we drove the vehicle and we put down 250 to hold it and she wrote down all the things to fix, windshield, tires, door wouldn't shut, it was really dirty and decals all over it. I was told to give them a week, So thursday rolled around and I called to check on it and the manager Brandon told us the vehicle was ready except the cracked windshield replacement, for us to come by Friday or Saturday and we would sign papers and it would be ready. So when we got there the vehicle was dirty, had decals and the windshield was still broken. We were lied to the whole time. So we confronted Jo (female sales girl) and Brandon the manager and asked why we were lied to. So he told us he was sorry he would get right on it and he would have it delivered and he would discount it 250.00. We told him we didn't want it delivered and we would pick it up. So He calls in 3 days and said my driver is on his way to your home to drop off the car, and advised he wanted us to sign his tablet and give him the rest of the down payment. Which should have been 750.00. So they charged my card 1000.00 which means I put down 1250.00. The vehicle when he pulled up was making noise still from the brakes that were not fixed. So we had to take the vehicle back to the dealership and let them know the breaks needed fixing. The emergency brake would not even work at all. We again advised them we would pick up the vehicle because we never sat down with a finance person to do the paperwork or get a copy of it. So they called me a few days later and stated they were on my way to my home to bring the vehicle. I work in charlotte so I had to stop what I was doing (no warning) and meet him an hour away from my job. Very Unprofessional, one incident after another. I was told they would email me my paperwork and for 3 weeks now I have called numerous of times and Spoke with BRANDON (Manager), JO The Sales Lady and Lamar The other (manager) and they all 3 at different times with in three weeks advised they would give me my 250.00 refund back to my card and email me my paperwork. STILL NO REFUND OF 250.00 AND NO PAPER WORK OF THE 12000.00 VEHICLE THAT I PURCHASED. Yet here we are about 6 weeks from the start and nothing. I called again and spoke to Lamar and advised him I would get an attorney if he couldn't get this corrected. He was rude and didn't want to help me at all and said he would have Parks Chevrolets legal team contact me by Tuesday (this was a Friday that we talked). I never got a call from the legal team and when I called and spoke to the financial Department he had no clue and again was not willing to help in any matter. So here we are. NO REFUND OF 250.00 and NO PAPERWORK for the Car we purchased. YA know it Does states SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ON YOUR GREETING WHEN YOU CALL. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I will contacting the BBB due to know one wants to help. Its almost time for my car payment and I never got my paper work OR 250.00 Dollars. I would not recommend these people to anyone. More
I brought my 2011 GMC Acadia to get the Transmission, Power Stering and A/C fixed. My A/C is blowing cold on the driver's side and hot on the passenger side. I brought my suv back and was told that I would have to leave my vehicle because they didn't know how long it would be before they could get to it or how long they would need to keep it. They had my suv for 2 weeks in which I had to rent a vehicle, which cost more than $1,100. Now I'm being told to rent a vehicle again with no time period given less than 2 weeks after getting my suv back for something that was supposed to be fixed!!!!! More

Integrity tells you a lot about a person and the company you are doing business with. I live in Greensboro, NC and traveled to Kernersville because of the xxxx poor service I received at the Greensboro, NC you are doing business with. I live in Greensboro, NC and traveled to Kernersville because of the xxxx poor service I received at the Greensboro, NC Black Cadillac office on Bessemer Ave. They charge you 3 times the amount of the true price. So I'm not doing business with you if you want to do business in that manner. When I arrived at your office, I explained to Jeff Caudle, I did not have heat in my car and I needed heat and I check to see why my lighter in the front was not working. Jeff ask me if he could move my car to the bay beside the one I had parked in. I gave him the key and he moved the car. Then we went inside to obtain my information. While Jeff was keying in my information, I ask what the diagnostic fee was. Jeff responded $135.00. I said to Jeff, "Oh can you take the airbag light off my dash". Jeff said that will be another $135.00 to take that off. I realized the same business practices were being followed at this location too. I advised Jeff not to worry about the airbag since I could still get the car inspected with the light being on and it was not hurting anyone or anything. Jeff said okay. I dropped the car off at 8 am. Jeff called me at 4pm to tell me what the problems they had found: 1. They tested the front cigarette lighter and it tested positive. No work don't to that 2. They saw that the hoes from the reservoir and some of the other hoes were hot so they tighten-up the clamps, they topped off the anti-freeze and that allow me to get a little heat. Then he ask me if I had any work done on the car. I said yes, you can look in the trunk to see all of the replacement parts. Then he said well whoever did the work did not line up the blend door actuator and that's why the heat is not coming out of all 5 settings. Now if I wanted them to complete the work so that the heat could come out of all 5 settings, I could pay them $879.00. The notes on the receipt I received says the following: Customer states vehicle not making heat; Found coolant low, at screw clamps on heater hoses, tighten clamps, test system, good flow through heater core, heater box has been out and it appears the HVAC doors are not timed correctly doors need to be timed. So to time the doors correctly is $879.00. That's not even practical. That does not even sound right. I will never purchase a vehicle from Chevy. I purchased this care from a credit union for a great deal. I see why you don't have loyal customer if you are price gouging your customers. I was charged $158.90 for information nothing was fixed and this took all day. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with a Chevy dealer. That's why I will go to a back yard mechanic (Gomer or Goober Pyle) any day verses a certified Chevy dealer because they have integrity. More
