I tried to charge my EV vehicle at this dealership because it is near my home but was told by the manager there that because I had not purchased it from there I could not use their charger. I explain because it is near my home but was told by the manager there that because I had not purchased it from there I could not use their charger. I explained that although my EV wasn’t purchased there, I had purchased 3 vehicles in the past year at this same dealership. The manager then said unless I intend on purchasing another vehicle there I still could not charge my EV there. Because of this absolutely POOR customer service, I advised this manager I would never purchase another vehicle from Parks Chevrolet and I will advise all my friends if this incident! More

Just recently purchased a suburban 1500 and it has without a doubt the worst experience. When we took the initial test drive the front right tire was almost on the ground. The salesman aired up the ti without a doubt the worst experience. When we took the initial test drive the front right tire was almost on the ground. The salesman aired up the tire so we could test drive it. I was told to notify them should the tire deflate. Not to mention all the service lights that came on while driving home with my wife and newborn. I took the vehicle to discount tire and was informed that the dealership did a TEMPORARY quick fix by chalking the rim so where the chrome is peeling off the wheel the tire could hold a bead. After playing phone tag with the salesman and used car manager due to their voicemail box being full. The manger informed me the best they could do is 30% off services at Parks Chevrolet . This is not a simple to accomplish, being that I am active duty, have a newborn, and live two hours away. Mind you it’s only been five days after purchase. If you are looking for a great deal on a used car look elsewhere customer care and follow up is the last thing on their minds here. Not to mention their “safety and inspection checks” they preform on the used vehicles. Highly disappointed this could be my last Chevy purchase More
