sold me a CERTIFIED Silverado w/defective breaks I traded a 1-owner 2017 Tacoma in fantastic shape (they sold it in 2 days) for a 2016 CERTIFIED 2016 Silverado because we needed a more powerful truck I traded a 1-owner 2017 Tacoma in fantastic shape (they sold it in 2 days) for a 2016 CERTIFIED 2016 Silverado because we needed a more powerful truck to pull a new camper. The service dept had to know the brakes needed work. In fact, I was told I could take it to any Chevy dealership service Dept for the needed repairs. Well, guess WHAT! NO, I can't because that brake "thing" is a WEAR issue which is NOT covered by the warranty even though they sold the vehicle to me knowing it had the issue. This is fraud. We won't be buying another Chevrolet, and we won't be recommending Park Chevrolet to anyone stupid enough to do so. UPDATE: left msg telling them my next step would be calling Attorney General's office. Gen Mgr called back immediately. Apologies and appt to fix (@ no cost). While I applaud their response; I can't help but believe had I not made clear the "truck" would not stop there, I'd have had to pay for the repair. More

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the truck had been wrecked on the rear left hand side. The salesman told us they hadn’t noticed-SERIOUSLY!!!!
