Watch for lies, bad math, and they play games I would first like to respond to the dealer in another review the only misunderstanding is you did not want to sell me the car. I first dealt with Lisa Frost with online sales and she was the only employee worth talk with. Richard knew very little of the car but that was ok. When I got the car back from having it inspected I made a fair offer. Rich wanted it but the sales manager would not budge so I walk out. The following day they dropped the price. I received a text about trying to remove the remainder to my initial offer, I called back 10 min later and was answered with "the price change?." Trying to get within my preferred number the price of the car dropped over $700, yet the out of the door price only dropped $500. To which I was yelled at, that they were losing money. I know several car salesmen.... I think not. I questioned their math, and still cannot understand how price and tax drop so much yet the out the door price did not.. I have shown many people these conversations and they also do not understand. The dealership will also seem to disregard any research you have done that includes NADA values, time on lot, and tell you that car is rare, which it is not. I have helped buy or bought 2 cars in the past 2 years and have dealt with many dealerships in the area. I would STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID this one. You can be treated better! More

sold me a CERTIFIED Silverado w/defective breaks I traded a 1-owner 2017 Tacoma in fantastic shape (they sold it in 2 days) for a 2016 CERTIFIED 2016 Silverado because we needed a more powerful truck I traded a 1-owner 2017 Tacoma in fantastic shape (they sold it in 2 days) for a 2016 CERTIFIED 2016 Silverado because we needed a more powerful truck to pull a new camper. The service dept had to know the brakes needed work. In fact, I was told I could take it to any Chevy dealership service Dept for the needed repairs. Well, guess WHAT! NO, I can't because that brake "thing" is a WEAR issue which is NOT covered by the warranty even though they sold the vehicle to me knowing it had the issue. This is fraud. We won't be buying another Chevrolet, and we won't be recommending Park Chevrolet to anyone stupid enough to do so. UPDATE: left msg telling them my next step would be calling Attorney General's office. Gen Mgr called back immediately. Apologies and appt to fix (@ no cost). While I applaud their response; I can't help but believe had I not made clear the "truck" would not stop there, I'd have had to pay for the repair. More
