I researched the car I wanted about a month before going into the dealer. When I went to Parks at the Lake, I met Jason Williams and he was great. We talked, discussed different packages, and sat in a few cars. I told him that I needed to sell my wife. I got his car and we later scheduled a time to come in. A month later, my wife and I came in. Jason had the car I specifically wanted ready upon my arrival to test drive. We talked more, he answered all of my wife's questions, and I drove away with the car I wanted. Jason's salesmanship is indicative of the atmosphere at Parks at the Lake. I have been "sharked" at other dealerships before...Parks at the Lake is definitely different. More

All around fantastic customer service. I was in the market for a truck after my previous vehicle was totaled. I had come in with the intention of test driving 2 trucks I had found online. Our salesman Shane told me that in my financial field I would be better off with a different truck. He showed me, and it was almost like it was made specifically for me. He and the financial team took their time and were very friendly while still being completely professional. After having been to 2 other dealerships before this one, I would recommend these guys to anyone. More
On a trip to North Carolina my 2007 Hummer H3 had an engine light come one. Had it tested at a parts store, it was a cylinder 5 misfire. I was aware that there were head issues with the 3.5 and 3.7 li engine light come one. Had it tested at a parts store, it was a cylinder 5 misfire. I was aware that there were head issues with the 3.5 and 3.7 liter engines, but wasn't sure if that was it. Took it to Parks Chevrolet, they brought me in the next day. The Service advisor JJ came out and talked to me and discussed the potential head issues with this vehicle. They took the engine apart for diagnosis, but even offered to put it back together so I could drive it for the weekend before the head replacement on Monday. I declined and let them keep the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired under warranty, no issues! Nobody tried to sell me anything that wasn't needed. A service was offered to change my front brakes, but I am capable of doing that. I always second guessed dealer service offers, I figured that they were just trying to sell me something, but when I changed the front brakes, they were really bad! Nobody tried to fight me about warranty issues, everything worked smoothly, I've driven the vehicle back to Pennsylvania and have driven 2500 miles since. Hummer is working great! Serivce was great, location was great. JJ and the girl at the payment counter were very nice, helpful, answered all my questions. Thanks very much! At the age of 63 I have dealt with "a few" car dealerships. Without question, Parks is the best I have ever encountered. News Flash: THEY CARE ! How unusual in this day in age.
