Myriam was a pleasure to work with! She's new but has incredible sales instincts. Any staff encountered were friendly and inquired on our needs such as water etc. Only having one financ She's new but has incredible sales instincts. Any staff encountered were friendly and inquired on our needs such as water etc. Only having one finance person in building slowed the out the door process but we weren't uncomfortable. Now .. the LoJack thing! The marketing/ surprise of such could be turned to your favor rather than a frustration for a customer. It is not a service I need or want and a $999extra on the bill can really rub the wrong way. GM and sales manager were kind through the negotiations but it could be handled better. This particular purchase was a lower budget than originally desired for my next car cause my current one had an engine throw a rod and now I have to pay it off instead of trading it. Not yalls fault of course but if I'm trying to lesson that financial blow the surprises at the negotiating table should be the typical dealer docs fees, not another 1k in services not even being used. I understand wanting to be online price competitive- however if I saw your car vs another similar one but your price was a smidgen higher, I'd investigate why. If your ad had pics/explanations that I'd be getting the benefit of blah blah "included" I would see someone seeing it as a plus and feeling your raised price made sense- I was getting a benefit over the other car out there. Yall have to spin this in your favor and marketing instead of hitting someone at the final numbers game. You'll still have people like me try to get out of it but I bet you'd have more excited and ready to accept it because they knew ahead of time. The customer shouldn't have to pay for a problem that created an insurance clause for the dealer. That's the dealers issue. Make it a sales pitch and it'll go smoother. Anyways- off my soap box. I did enjoy my purchase and would consider coming by again in the future depending on the inventory. Thank you Myriam! More
