Overall, Parks Chevrolet is a very good dealership as far as service goes. The salespeople are great, the service is great, however there are hidden fees such as a $995 LoJack fee that they tried to force on as service goes. Also, they will try to low ball you on your trade by not giving what it is actually worth. You must be prepared to do business elsewhere and then you get a decent deal. More

Purchased a 2015 Corvette. All 4 tires were bald, wear bars showing, two spark plug wires fell off on trip home, had to stop at Boland Chevrolet in Bowling Green Mo. to have All 4 tires were bald, wear bars showing, two spark plug wires fell off on trip home, had to stop at Boland Chevrolet in Bowling Green Mo. to have repaired.
