Deceptive with pricing. Added a $1,000 charge for a subscription I did not ask for. They told me it was mandatory to buy the car. $990 processing fee. Dealers should not use the "we need to make money" guilt trip to try and stop customer questions. So add $2000 to whatever price they tell you. More
As usual, kat Endress found ways to save me money on what was an expensive transmission temperature switch replacement. Kat had run the diagnostics several months ago when the indicator light was intermitten was an expensive transmission temperature switch replacement. Kat had run the diagnostics several months ago when the indicator light was intermittently appearing. I was scheduled for a transmission fluid replacement and oil change, and by recommending the switch be replaced sooner than later, and with the coupons she applied to the service, Kat saved me several hundred dollars and a return visit to replace the switch when it inevitably and eventually failed. I'm pleased to have always worked with Kat in the 7 years since I have purchased my truck @ Parks. She is consistently pleasant and recognizes my voice on the phone when I make an appointment. I appreciate the family atmosphere that I encounter each time i bring my Silverado LTZ in for service. Clearly your service department sets a high standard for other service departments to emulate.
