I use to go to the Charlotte Ikea location and would get terrible service so I tried this location. They were great. Got me in and out faster than expected. Friendly . Knowledgeable. Helpful . Awesome service yesterday morning from the service department. Check in was so fast and convenient. These guys and ladies were killing it!
