Bob hits Vestal Last week was my second service visit to Vestal's. In typical fashion, I got there 45 min. before it opened, but patiently waited. At 8 AM, young ma Last week was my second service visit to Vestal's. In typical fashion, I got there 45 min. before it opened, but patiently waited. At 8 AM, young man cam go my truck took my information. He was very courteous. I went to the waiting room and read. Shortly thereafter, a second young man came to me and said "Mr. Mays, you are 1600 miles from a regular service." I responded, "I am not a 5000 mile service guy." He laughed and responded, "yes sir" and went about his work. When the work was completed, a third gentleman called me up, explained what had been done; we talked about something I had noticed with the truck; he explained what was happening to my satisfaction. I signed off on the paperwork, then left to talk with my sales rep. I enjoyed my service visit to the Express Lube facility. Everyone treated me better than I deserve. Thanks for everything. More
