Service Department Review Tyler in the service department made an extraordinary effort to acquire a part for my backup camera bracket which had been knocked off. He was able to Tyler in the service department made an extraordinary effort to acquire a part for my backup camera bracket which had been knocked off. He was able to obtain the needed part(s) a day earlier than expected and was able to get my vehicle repaired and retuned to me a full day sooner than anticipated which was a big help to me. He also provided me with a loaner vehicle at no cost which was also most appreciated. I would highly recommend Vestal Buick/GMC to anyone who has any GMC brand vehicle that needs any type of service. Service dept was informative and honest Took my vehicle in for an occurring transmission slipping problem. They advised they felt transmission slipping and shuttering. Vehicle has 12,000 mil Took my vehicle in for an occurring transmission slipping problem. They advised they felt transmission slipping and shuttering. Vehicle has 12,000 miles on it and has been in for the same problem 6 times. Service dept advised GM told them to change transmission fluid, again, and that would correct the problem. Drove vehicle seemed good. After approximately 300 miles started slipping and banging into gear. Same problem all over again. My problem is with GM, why can’t they fix this darn problem. More
