They said they’re too busy I called to request a price on a set of tires, two hours later I show up for service and they said they’ve been busy so they don’t have a quote yet. Plus a customer took his car and they told him “we are sorry we added regular oil instead synthetic” if it was me I’d be mad and would ask them to replaced it free of charge ASAP. I gave a 3 and recommended it because of previous visits without issues. More
