The problem I have had is the execution and logistics of my visits. the external service center delayed services and cause one day work to be stretched over a weekend. The loaner vehicle then was dusty and dirty with baby bottle half full of milk and sticky windows. Upon pick up noticed a factory defect employees handled that all very very well. the follow up calls to confirm a schedule vanished and i had to call to confirm. Now my vehicle is still there so please don't hold this honest review against it. So far the employees have had outstanding etiquette. More

I was able to schedule my appointment online and the service department was ready when I arr We just had our first service for our new Buick Enclave. I was able to schedule my appointment online and the service department was ready when I arrived. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and a couple of other issues checked into. The service tech was able to replicate both of my issues and found a GM bulletin for both to complete a repair quickly and get me out the door in about 2 hours. I was able to work in the lounge and the Wi-Fi worked very well. More

Very bad experience with after sales service. Brand new 1K mile vehicle leaked water into the cab after a rain storm. Dealer took 8 days to perform the repair which included a trip to an off site Brand new 1K mile vehicle leaked water into the cab after a rain storm. Dealer took 8 days to perform the repair which included a trip to an off site repair facility. After being informed that my vehicle was repaired and would be cleaned and ready to pick up, I arrived at the dealer to find a dirty truck with multiple large scratches on the drivers door, mirror and top of cab. Service manager was disinterested in how my new vehicle was damaged and insisted it didn't happen at the dealership - including the boot print on the seat. Sales manager wasn't concerned about the damage, often down playing it by stating most of the new vehicles have scratches. I was denied a replacement vehicle or buy back. Dealership had very little interest in correcting the damaged they caused, but they did finally agree to try and polish out the scratches which they did to my satisfaction after 2 attempts. Very disappointed in the attitude of the dealership sales and service management staff. More
