Disorganized I purchased my truck on a Saturday. I noticed 3 pieces of plastic trim were damaged, and received a “we owe” letter. My salesman called me on the foll I purchased my truck on a Saturday. I noticed 3 pieces of plastic trim were damaged, and received a “we owe” letter. My salesman called me on the following Monday and told me that I could bring my truck in on Thursday at 0900 to have it fixed. I made the 30 minute drive to the dealership and arrived just before 9. When I arrived in the service area I was told by the service rep that they were aware of my repairs. About 15 minutes later the same service rep came to me in the waiting area and told me they did not have the parts. I asked why they told me to be there for repair if they didn’t have the parts. They told me that they would give me something else to drive...... if I left my truck with them until Monday. Uh, no. After playing phone tag on Monday with service and parts, they still did not have them. I finally spoke with the service manager who told me he would find out what was going on. After waiting for a call back, I called again just before 5. I was told the parts should be in first thing Tuesday morning, and was called and told they finally were there. My wife took my truck for repairs. When she got there they still didn’t have all three parts!!! The service manager eventually took the part off of his personal demo truck to put on mine. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the work appears to have been done well. I was very impressed with our sales experience. Our experience with service ensures I will not go there for any further service or repairs, not even the freebies I was given. More

Didn’t find anything wrong I had Vestal Goodwrench do an oil change a couple weeks ago. Oil light came on we took it back. They couldn’t find anything wrong. Service center had I had Vestal Goodwrench do an oil change a couple weeks ago. Oil light came on we took it back. They couldn’t find anything wrong. Service center had it for 2 days then said they couldn’t do diagnostics because it is a Hyundai and couldn’t find anything wrong. Took car to Hyundai yesterday and the wrong size oil filter was used during the oil change that was done at Vestal!!!!! Could have really caused a lot of damage!!! And we had to pay for another oil change. More

They tell me when they can get to my car and how long it might take.The waiting room is comfortable and has water, magazines, and a TV. The restroom is close by. When they are finished with my car Jimmy K. brings the paperwork inside and tells me what was done and tells me if anything needs to be looked after. I can trust the people here to take excellent care of my cars.Jimmy More
