We purchased a used Cadillac Escalade and there were several cosmetic issues that were promised to be fixed by the salesman and sales manager, Pete. When we would call to schedule the work, we would get several cosmetic issues that were promised to be fixed by the salesman and sales manager, Pete. When we would call to schedule the work, we would get the run around and a “we’ll call you right back”, with no call. When we finally got pretty upset, the work was scheduled (8 months later) but it was a patch job and not done to our satisfaction. I would NEVER recommend the dealership to anyone! If you want exceptional service, you best go to Kernersville Dodge. They go above and beyond what is expected! More

This dealership sold me a lemon. Man who sold it to me has since died but never the less, the dealership used it for a demo so they knew before they sold it to me that the truck has issues.
