.to start with I made 3 calls into the service center and each time no one answered the phone and all mail boxes were full. We made the appointment on line. My pigtail for trailer lights is not working an each time no one answered the phone and all mail boxes were full. We made the appointment on line. My pigtail for trailer lights is not working and all that was done was change a blown fuse which I had just changed. The lights still do not work. They suggested that I check the trailer itself but 2 other people use this same trailer and have no problem with the lights. I am very disappointed that a blown fuse was found and they just assumed that was the problem. I was charged for that work, why is this not covered under warranty with this being part of the factory tow package. More

Late Friday afternoon, Ryan Dunlop worked with me to resolve an unexpected tire issue. Ryan listened to my need. He was patient with my questions and concerns. After answering a few more of my questions, Ryan ordered the Michelin set quickly and had them installed as soon as they were available.
