Great friendly staff from sales to service department. I went because of a recall on the airbags of my 2003 Acura. I have never been to a service department and been treated so good. "Boutique" Dealership with charming sales team I found my vehicle on line on Sunday and sent an email expressing my interest. Robert Medlin called a few minutes after the dealership opened on Monday. A few minutes after noon I arrived from another state, hoping my trip had not been in vain. My requested vehicle was ready for a test drive, I loved it, and decided to buy it, greatly relieved that I didn't have to haggle. The trade in value of my car was exactly what I expected, so I was not surprised at the bottom line. Paperwork went well and smoothly, managed by charming Chris Loftin, with a little time to chat with Robert while we waited, I thought he was just like one of my sons. I was impressed with the cleanliness and décor of the dealership. As a matter of fact, we determined that it could be classified a "boutique dealership" if such existed. My new car was detailed way above and beyond necessary by a nice young man whose name I didn't get. All in all, my experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many in my 70+ years. Robert and Chris were beyond patient and helpful, the pricing was acceptable, and the car was exactly as described. I recommend Duncan Acura and Audi with no reservations. More

Comfortable, reasonable transaction My son found an Audi in which he was interested. He did all the leg work but was inexperienced, having never bought a car. He was very comfortable with himself and easy to deal with. I felt that the rationale that he provided for the pricing of the car was reasonable. There was no haggling. I later talked with the manager, Scott Carder who was equally pleasant. All in all, it was a very good experience. More
