I feel Parker Lexus dealership located on Shackelford road in Little Rock Arkansas was not interested in me when I visited their business on Monday 9-16-2024. I was browsing around the dealership looking at Lexus vehicles for at least 15 minutes, no salesman walked out of building to ask if they could help me. As I walked around the lot I was almost run over by an employee driving fast near me as I walked into the car lane browsing around looking at cars. I didn't hear car coming near me because car engine was quiet as it came close to me. I as I turn and saw it I quickly jumped out the way! I thought wow a close call that was close! The person driving the vehicle didn't even stop and say ma'am are you okay.. he just just waved and and instead fast toward the service entrance. I thought how rude. That's the worst experience I ever had at a car dealership dealership. No sales going to come out to greet me they just stare at me from the window! And I'm almost run over by an employee driving a Lexus headed toward the service entrance. What an experience of like you're not wanted here! Is it because I am black female or what? The salesman that was in the window was just staring at me like what does she want? I feel so degraded. Is this how the Park Lexus dealership treats New perspective customers! I have worked all my life and I decided that I want to get me a Lexus because I've earned it, I'm worth it, and I deserve it ! So obviously you all think that I can't ...I don't know what you think ,but I was treated horribly!

I know you have top notch surveillance video to protect you $100,000 vehicles. So therefore I know you have video of me almost being run over by a man driving ridiculously fast and almost hit me? That was very unnerving for me and I keep reliving that in my mind over and over. I didn't even get any sleep last night from my horrible experience that I had at Parker Lexus on Monday 9-16-24. If I had been hit by that fast driver on your lot, I would have been thrown several feet across the lot!..it would have destroyed my double knee replacement that I had back in 2019 that cost me $100,000. It's unbelievable no one came out the building to speak to me. I know there must be footage on the Company's surveillance cameras. I can't believe I experienced that treatment in the Year of 2024 at my age of 66 1/2 years of age!!!
