I recently brought my 2021 Honda Ridgeline in for service for a recall on the tailgate wiring harness. My appointment was scheduled promptly and the required part was immediately available. When I brought my vehicle in for the work Christina was there to make sure things proceeded smoothly. A loaner was provided which allowed me to run errand during the service. The work was completed sooner than was anticipated which was an added bonus. When I returned I was informed that another recall had been discovered that involved the braking system. The service team completed that recall as well as the harness work during the same visit. The professionalism, expertise and efficiency shown by the team at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda was exceptional and the courtesy and friendliness shown by Christina was exemplary.
