My relationship with this dealership began around 2002 when I brought my used Honda in for maintenance. All of the service people were and continue to be upbeat and helpful. I have come to fully trust when I brought my used Honda in for maintenance. All of the service people were and continue to be upbeat and helpful. I have come to fully trust them when I needed that car serviced up to the present when I need my newer car serviced. In 2006 I decided to purchase a new Honda Element from this dealership. It was a pleasant experience where once again I found everyone I worked with to be enthusiastic and helpful. In a couple of hours I drove off the lot with a new Honda. Now I continue to bring this vehicle in for servicing and am never disappointed with the customer service. Everyone is helpful and upbeat, even if I walk in during a busy time. I can be assured to receive the attention both I and my car need. Someday I'll decided to buy another car and it will definitely come from this dealership. We bought our new CRV from them 3 years ago and always take it there for service and they go above and beyond the call of duty to help to work with!
