My wife and I have been looking for a Certified Volvo V70 for a month or so. Last week I drove on to the lot a Park Place Volvo and met Mariette Picca. She showed me the Certified V70 she had in stock and began to orientate me with the features and the Volvo Certification. She was not your 'run of the mill" sales person. She was gentle and respectiful. I mentioned that I was out for a preview of automobiles and I would need to discuss this find with my wife. I told Mariette that I would be in touch with her after speeking with my wife. When I arrived home, I told my wife about Mariette and the V70. She agreed to go back with me the next day. The next day we went in to meet Mariette and look at the V70. My wife and Mariette "hit it off". The V70 was just what my wife was looking for and Mariette's approach was much appreciated.
