He followed up, provided useful information, matched the car to our wish list, and was patient with us when we were indecisive. We also worked with Anthony Conrad who assisted in test driving the cars and the actual negotiation process. Every bit of our experience with Conrad was positive as well. He was great in explaining the features and benefits of the cars and even trained this old dog how to work the on-board Sensa System. We love Volvo and we love Park Place Volvo. More
