In searching for a luxury car to purchase, you must feel comfortable with not only the sales person, but also the entire dealership. I have been to the Volvo dealers in Dallas and Park Place was the one that treated me with the highest level of respect, even though I didn't buy from them originally. Well, 8 years after purchasing my first volvo, I was ready for a new car. I checked out every new car but kept coming back to Volvo. Partially because of the brand's reputation, safety record and my experience, but also because I was treated like a valued person from the minute I set foot inside the showroom. My advise to others: Come into a dealer knowing what you can afford. Don't come in with one price and then go so far above that the dealer can't work a good deal for you. Just know that Park Place will do what they can to get you the deal you need. More

I can read a user's manual, but it's nice to have someone too call when that new feature isn't acting the way you think it should (user error). Make sure to ask for Conrad at Park Place Volvo.
