Germaine was knew my wife and I were not thrilled with the initail Volvo XC90 we purchased in December of 2010. I have been planning to purchase a car in the summer or fall of 2012. However, I have been looking at cars online to narrow down my interests. On the evening of Mon., Jan.2, I saw a car online at the Dalla fall of 2012. However, I have been looking at cars online to narrow down my interests. On the evening of Mon., Jan.2, I saw a car online at the Dallas Park Place Volvo dealership and sent an email regarding it. I was contacted the next morning via phone and email by Marc Young. I decided to do a quick test drive during my work lunch, and asked Marc to send me some numbers to see what they could do for me because I really liked the car. I went back that evening after work with my partner for another test drive. After the second test drive, I spoke again with Marc regarding the numbers to see what we could do. I was there for a couple of hours going over everything with Marc, then Dave Gibbs from financing came out. At this time it's after 9:00 pm. Neither Marc nor Dave made me feel pressured at any time regarding the purchase. It was late, and neither made me feel like they wanted to go home or rush me. They both spent time with me, took their time, and had smiles the entire evening. Clearly, I ended up buying the car. I had absolutely NO intention of buying a car that evening. Or now for that matter. Marc and Dave were both fantastic and a pleasure to work with. There is no doubt in my mind that my next car will be another Volvo, and I will only purchase the car from Park Place Volvo. More

I came to the dealership with no appointment just to get a feel for the inventory and check out some options. I was not ready to make a decision on the spot, and he was not a pushy sales person but encouraged me to come back when I was ready and to bring any additional questions I could think of. After visiting several other dealerships and test driving other cars, I was decided upon the vehicle I purchased and at the Volvo dealership. The warranty and maintenance are also a very attractive part of the car that helped sway my decision. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely refer other people to this dealership.
