Mariette Picca was very straight forward and knowledgeable with the whole deal. Mariette asked me all the right questions, I feel like Mariette sold me a vehicle I needed, not wanted. When I told Mariette about a similar vehicle, I felt like Mariette simply stated the facts about the differences and let me decide what is better, and not just try to sale me that their car is better. After the initial meeting and test drive, we communicated mostly through phone and email. I loved how professional she was each time and always treated me like we are on the same level. I could say the vehicle sold itself, but that would be a lie, Mariette was truly a delight to work with. I just totaled my vehicle and was looking for a used car. I searched all over the internet looking for something affordable and reliable. I went to at least 6 big name dealerships in the DFW area before coming to Park Place Volvo. I do not know why, but the customer service at those 6 dealerships was less than poor. I found an S40 for two grand less at a small dealership, but I did not like the salespeople. So I will say again, you should feel confident about your purchase. Therefore I did not trust the place, but two grand is still a nice savings. At first I was just going to compare and completely uninterested. I thought with a few differences between vehicles, there is no way I would pay more for almost the same vehicle. WRONG! I LOVE my Volvo S40 from Park Place Volvo. Thank you Mariette Picca. More

I worked with Mariette Picca (sales associate) and the total experience could not have gone more smoothly or been more pleasant. I went in looking at the XC60 and initially test drove a new one. When I mentioned to Mariette that I would also be interested in a late model, low mileage version. She showed me a couple of options that met my criteria and we went for another test drive in a 2010 T6 AWD. I let Mariette know was still looking at a couple of other options (BMW X3 and Audi Q5), and would be test driving them over the next couple of days. Mariette followed up with me after the test drives to see if I was still interested in the XC60, and let me know they had another XC60 that I might want to look at. It was the vehicle the store manager was driving and it was being offered for sale. I advised that I was interested, and arranged to test drive it. She was correct, it fit my needs perfectly. I came by the next day and made an offer on the car. I threw Mariette a curveball when I made the offer because I decided that I wanted to trade in my current vehicle, which up until that point had not been part of the discussion. Mariette did not skip a beat and within 30 minutes we were able to come to an agreement on the sales price of the XC60 and trade value on my Subaru. I arranged to pick the car up the next evening and when my wife and I arrived Malcolm (financial manager) had all the paperwork completed and ready to go. It took us about 15 minutes to sign all the paperwork, drop off my old car and drive away with my new XC60. Mariette had the new car detailed and ready to go. Overall this was about the best car purchase experience I have had and I would definetly recommend Park Place Volvo and Mariette Picca if you are in the market for a new vehicle. PS-The XC60 compared very favorably to both the BMW X3 and Audi Q5, and in my opinion is a much better value. If you are in the market for a sporty SUV in this class, you will be making a mistake if you do not test drive the XC60. Like me, you will be very pleasantly surprised! More

Germaine was knew my wife and I were not thrilled with the initail Volvo XC90 we purchased in December of 2010. Knowing this Germaine helped us get into another XC90 with little pain associated with the trade in value and additional money down. He made us feel like we were a very important client from a long term relationship perspective and restored our faith in Park Place Volvo as we are...well like your ads say...Volvo owners "for life".
