Awan was the primary salesman and did a great job. I was in the market for a used, 4-door sedan. Originally I came to Park Place to test drive a car that I later decided was not practical. When I arrived, she had already found another car that better matched my needs. A quick test drive later, I was filling out paperwork to finance the car. I received a low interest rate on the car loan and was able to specify the length of the loan. The price was below Kelly Blue Book, but not as low as other cars I was looking at (90% of KBB vs. 80% - 85% KBB), hence my rating of "Good" for "Price". David, who went over the closing paperwork with me, did not pressure me about any add-ons, warranties, etc. making the whole experience as stress free as possible. I drove off the lot in a freshly washed car with full tank of gas. More

I have purchased several new cars in the past. This was my first at Park Place. I can tell you that this dealership FAR exceeded my expectations. I bought the car via the internet and Mindy did everything possible to insure I was fully informed about every aspect of the car. She provided a detailed photo survey, full service records, even changed out the wheels for me when I stated I really did not like the ones on the car. She was very helpful in arranging car transport services and made sure the car was fully inspected before being shipped off. I could not be more pleased with how the whole transaction got done. I also want to add a good word for David Gibbs who assisted in making sure all the paperwork was properly executed and delivered in timely fashion and otherwise made sure the business end of this long distance purchase went smoothly. Even though Kathryn admittedly did not have a lot of experience she was honest and when asked a question that she didn't have the answer to, she knew where to find the information. She was very professional and did a lot to make me feel comfortable while at the dealership. Dr. Pepper in the lounge was a nice touch. Kathryn as well as Dave, the finance guy were both very friendly. I liked the way Kathryn broke out of salesperson role for a couple of minutes jsut to talk about real world topics (TCU) that interested us both. It kind of got away from the normal salesman buy it, buy it, buy it, routine that you usually encounter at dealerships. The experience was pleasant and pain free. I will be coming back for my next purchase in a few years. Price was fair, Kathryn and management worked with me to get the car into my price range while still being able to complete the repairs noted on the service inspection. I really appreciated that since I was paying cash and trying to stick to a hard-line budget. More

Sent in the numbers that would be required to make a deal work and Anthony and his manager made it happen. There was also an unforeseen problem with the car we were originally going to go with, but they came work and Anthony and his manager made it happen. They did the right and expected thing without hesitation, and that's a big deal in the car biz. We'll be seeing them again in 3 years when the lease is up! More
