Took car in for several things. I was told one price on one of the services but of course when I picked up they tried to add $400 but I stood my ground. Then the wheel alignment was never correct. I asked for amount of alignment back and was given the run around, so had to prove they would give the amount back and it would not get put off until the next day. I hate having to go there but when I feel I am being treated like a female, well, I go there and stand my ground. However I will not buy another Volvo for this reason. If this is the way they "service" then I need a better brand. More
