When my wife mentioned whilst on a trip recently she would enjoy driving a Volvo, I began searching for a "good" deal. After many calls and about a dozen hours of Internet searches, a clean Volvo XC70 would enjoy driving a Volvo, I began searching for a "good" deal. After many calls and about a dozen hours of Internet searches, a clean Volvo XC70 popped up at Park Place Volvo of Dallas...I had heard of the Park Place group of dealerships in the past but knew very little of their friendliness and quality until I stepped on the lot. I have to say, after purchasing our car from Park Place with generous help from Mariette, David, Awan and Germaine, I am not only a Volvo customer for life but also a Park Place loyalist. Mariette really gave us the time we needed to make our decision during test drives and Awan, David and Germaine helped not only me, but also my wife and our two young boys feel at home in the showroom/waiting area. I understand a Volvo is not everyone's first idea when thinking of luxury or exotic driving adventures...test drive a few vehicles at Park Place and your perspective may change dramatically. I never contact a dealership by the internet and never give my personal contact information to a dealer, but I was pressed for time and luckily when I contacted Park Place, I got Marc Young. Marc was not the usual "high pressure" sales person. He was very informative and comfortable to deal with. I never felt that he was trying to take advantage of my limited knowledge or that he was placing the sale before my comfort and enjoyment. I was impressed with the staff at Park Place as they all seemed to be more focused on the reputation of the dealership and the relationship with the customer than they were in the sale. My experience with Park Place and Marc Young was the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have ever had. I love my car and I am confident that Park Place will provide me with the service to maintain it in the future. When the time is right, I will return to Park Place, and certainly Marc Young, for my next Volvo. More

I recently purchased a Touareg from Park Place Volvo, and even tho I have bought other cars before I have never had such a wonderful experience as I had with Park Place. They were helpful, not pushy and answered all my questions and actually worked with me to get the best deal possible for the car I wanted. I would not get that price, good quality, and good mileage with any other dealership. Likewise, no other place has ever worked with me like they did. I left the store very happy, knowing I had got the best deal on my car and even tho was a used car I know they inspected and made sure it was up to their standards to be in their lot, with great condition more than any other of the same year, and model that i have found. Everybody in my family is amazed of how good of a deal i got and how nice of a car I bought. I will definitely be buying all my future cars and probably send my family to buy theirs as well from park place volvo as it is so hard to find a dealership that you can trust, and feel that you wont be ripped off or your car wont break on the way home and now that I found Park place i will definitely be a loyal customer. My husband and I first visited a Toyota dealership and we were not treated well. We liked our salesman but when we did not like the sales manager who played games with us. I recently purchased a 2005 Mustang Deluxe from Park Place Volvo on 8/24/13. This was the best car buying experience my girlfriend and I have had so far. Initially arriving in the lot looking at used cars Mariette Picca came out to the lot to great us. We told her we wanted to look at the Mustang and she got that process started for us. David Ward was our sales man and he took us for the test drive. He was very friendly and personable without any of that "sales man talk". David definitely knows how to treat his customers. I would recommend anyone see David Ward regarding purchasing a vehicle. I decided I wanted the car after the test drive. The process from there was very smooth and the price was right on point. Lastly was the finance department with Germaine Ambres as the agent helping us. He was very friendly and worked quickly with the lenders to have the finance part wrapped up. It only took 30 minutes to hear back from the lenders. The rate we received was better than the rate offered by our bank of over 10 years. So we were definitely happy. Overall Park Place Volvo has a great staff and offered a pleasant car buying experience. More

This was just a day before the 4Th of July holiday, Marietta made time for me to come look at the vehicle that evening, she answered the questions, made the vehicle available for test drive. She took time out of her holiday to make arrangements that enabled me to pick up the vehicle the day after the holiday.
