The most recent purchase began with me finding a vehicle on the Park Lane web sight. I contacted Mariette via email, she responded in a timely manner. This was just a day before the 4Th of July holiday, Marietta made time for me to come look at the vehicle that evening, she answered the questions, made the vehicle available for test drive. She took time out of her holiday to make arrangements that enabled me to pick up the vehicle the day after the holiday. We live in Longview Texas. There are no Volvo or Mercedes dealers here. The dealers in Tyler and Shreveport bring a loaner and pick up your car for service here in Longview. Understandably, the dealers in Da dealers here. The dealers in Tyler and Shreveport bring a loaner and pick up your car for service here in Longview. Understandably, the dealers in Dallas do not. My wife always wants to shop in Shreveport and Tyler first for the above-mentioned reason. We can never get the closer dealers to answer our questions or honor the nationally advertised leases, one tried to charge us four times the manufacturers nationally advertised lease payment for the same vehicle with the same amount due at closing... This is the third time we have angrily left Shreveport and made a deal with Park Place on the phone while making the three hour drive from Shreveport to Dallas. Mark Young and the other guy that helped us (sorry dude, can't remember your name) were fabulous. They answered every question in a straight up manner, no games or non-answers. They had the car we wanted, no trying to sell us something else. Our other Park Place purchases were Mercedes and we had similar great experiences, this was the first Volvo purchase from Park Place, but I have found the same honesty and courtesy in both places. Park Place is the only place I have ever been that volunteered that we might (and did) qualify for discounts from USAA and Costco and gave us the whole deal... I can't say enough about Park Place. My grandfather was a car dealer. I always got the "family deal". I feel like family at Park Place. I wish they would open a place in our neighborhood. More

I did not read the reviews of Park Place Volvo written by other customers before purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. If I had read the reviews, I might not have been as surprised as I was by my experi other customers before purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. If I had read the reviews, I might not have been as surprised as I was by my experience with Park Place Volvo. We purchased a USED Volvo and traded in a quite used SUV with plenty of miles of on it. Tramaine Tucker was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy I thought I was missing something. We had already lined up financing but while at the dealership we met Germaine Ambres. Germaine was able to find a much better rate on our loan and we were out the door with our vehicle within 40 minutes. I have never had such a pleasing experience in buying a vehicle - and it was a used vehicle. The experience was so pleasurable we purchased another used Volvo for our son 3 months later. I was amazed - we purchased two used vehicles and were treated like we purchased new models. When it comes time to purchase a new vehicle there is no way I could start anywhere else - with the full expectation I will walk out with a new vehicle and not have to visit any other dealership. During my second purchase, I was able to visit with Tramaine and Germaine personally and discuss the operations and philosophy of Park Place Volvo and the Park Place family of dealerships. This is an organization built around delivering quality experiences for customers. Regular meetings to share insight and best practices - from management to sales to service - are conducted weekly and the results are obvious. The success of this dealership is not based on one or two successful sales staff. This dealership is engineered for quality service and success. Anyone in the market for a new or used car should not purchase any vehicle before at least visiting this dealership. There is a high probability you will walk out with a vehicle that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations that very day - you will most likely not need to visit another dealership during your search. Dealing with Park Place Place Volvo easily ranks as the best and most pleasurable experience with a dealer. The price was right, the service was professional from the initial long-distance call all the way to delivery of the vehicle, and the people were friendly. It was so nice to be recognized from 2007, despite living over 600 miles away! I wish all our experiences purchasing new vehicles were this good. I highly recommend this dealership and our sales associate Anthony Conrad. Dealing with this dealership is like a breath of fresh air. More

All the people at Park Place from Anthony, Tramaine and Jermaine in Finance it was a relaxed and enjoyable process.
