I did not read the reviews of Park Place Volvo written by other customers before purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. If I had read the reviews, I might not have been as surprised as I was by my experi other customers before purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. If I had read the reviews, I might not have been as surprised as I was by my experience with Park Place Volvo. We purchased a USED Volvo and traded in a quite used SUV with plenty of miles of on it. Tramaine Tucker was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy I thought I was missing something. We had already lined up financing but while at the dealership we met Germaine Ambres. Germaine was able to find a much better rate on our loan and we were out the door with our vehicle within 40 minutes. I have never had such a pleasing experience in buying a vehicle - and it was a used vehicle. The experience was so pleasurable we purchased another used Volvo for our son 3 months later. I was amazed - we purchased two used vehicles and were treated like we purchased new models. When it comes time to purchase a new vehicle there is no way I could start anywhere else - with the full expectation I will walk out with a new vehicle and not have to visit any other dealership. During my second purchase, I was able to visit with Tramaine and Germaine personally and discuss the operations and philosophy of Park Place Volvo and the Park Place family of dealerships. This is an organization built around delivering quality experiences for customers. Regular meetings to share insight and best practices - from management to sales to service - are conducted weekly and the results are obvious. The success of this dealership is not based on one or two successful sales staff. This dealership is engineered for quality service and success. Anyone in the market for a new or used car should not purchase any vehicle before at least visiting this dealership. There is a high probability you will walk out with a vehicle that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations that very day - you will most likely not need to visit another dealership during your search. We've purchased Porsche, BMW, several Mercedes, and several other brands. This purchase (June 2013) was the second purchase we have made from Park Place Volvo, the last being in 2007. Dealing with Park Place Place Volvo easily ranks as the best and most pleasurable experience with a dealer. The price was right, the service was professional from the initial long-distance call all the way to delivery of the vehicle, and the people were friendly. It was so nice to be recognized from 2007, despite living over 600 miles away! I wish all our experiences purchasing new vehicles were this good. I highly recommend this dealership and our sales associate Anthony Conrad. Dealing with this dealership is like a breath of fresh air. More

Buying a car can be stressful and frustrating; especially for a single woman. This was not the case at Park Place. The entire staff are friendly; however, Awan was outstanding. All the people at Park Place from Anthony, Tramaine and Jermaine in Finance it was a relaxed and enjoyable process. My wife and i came into to look at a Used Infiniti M45 but unfortunately another customer purchased the car before we did. Instead of just saying "Goodbye and i will stay in touch", Dan Clark took the ini but unfortunately another customer purchased the car before we did. Instead of just saying "Goodbye and i will stay in touch", Dan Clark took the initiative to search the nearby Park Place dealership and found us another Infiniti of the same model but with better features around the same price. Things did not work out on the second car and we could not purchase it. Instead of giving up on us and our hope to buy that car, Dan kept on looking and by the third try, we were able to get the same model car, better features, better mileage, much newer Infiniti at at a competitive price, and we were able to purchase the car just last Friday. He went above and beyond when other sales consultants would have given up. We did not roll in with a lot of money but he was willing to work with us. He was patient, friendly, very professional even when we frustrated him and he is so far the Best Sales Consultant i have ever met, and because of that i will highly recommend him and the Park Place Dealership to all my family and Friends- Dan Clark is an Exceptional Sales Consultant, and the Park Place service was incredibly remarkable.
