When my wife mentioned whilst on a trip recently she would enjoy driving a Volvo, I began searching for a "good" deal. After many calls and about a dozen hours of Internet searches, a clean Volvo XC70 would enjoy driving a Volvo, I began searching for a "good" deal. After many calls and about a dozen hours of Internet searches, a clean Volvo XC70 popped up at Park Place Volvo of Dallas...I had heard of the Park Place group of dealerships in the past but knew very little of their friendliness and quality until I stepped on the lot. I have to say, after purchasing our car from Park Place with generous help from Mariette, David, Awan and Germaine, I am not only a Volvo customer for life but also a Park Place loyalist. Mariette really gave us the time we needed to make our decision during test drives and Awan, David and Germaine helped not only me, but also my wife and our two young boys feel at home in the showroom/waiting area. I never felt that he was trying to take advantage of my limited knowledge or that he was placing the sale before my comfort and enjoyment. I was impressed with the staff at Park Place as they all seemed to be more focused on the reputation of the dealership and the relationship with the customer than they were in the sale. My experience with Park Place and Marc Young was the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have ever had. I love my car and I am confident that Park Place will provide me with the service to maintain it in the future.
