Great experience buying a car As most I don't love the car buying process. Parts of it are great, finding the car, driving it, parts of the negotiation are good. Grease everywhere and still broke Just picked up my car. There is grease on the steering wheel, in the carpet, on the entry into the car. It's terrible. While it does look like they washed the outside the inside is worse then when I took it. I can't believe that a prestigious place like this would treat their customers so bad. I took it in for my back up camera not working. I went from the dealership to the mall and guess what, the camera didn't work. They did fix my visor and my cup holder but my camer and my transmission were what I went in for. I wouldn't recommend this place. More

He told me about incentives that saved me money on the purchase of a New Volvo S60, I purchased a pre-owned BMW across the street at the MB dealership, I did not like the car and he worked with me to bring it back after it was financed and I purchased a Mercedes Benz with a lower interest rate, and again, he told me about all the incentives and my first two payments were paid by MB. I am spoiled now! More

They saved my wasted trip to the other volvo dealer in dalla We were pulled down to Dallas originally by a different Volvo dealer in Dallas. All they had to do was have the xc90 they told me they had and not bait and switch me. We intended to buy a car and we did. After a wasted day at the other place we called Park Place and spoke to Marriette. We asked her about inventory and had a car picked out that we thought would be perfect that evening. She sent me the trade info sheet that night. In the morning she called and had the car ready for our arrival. The deal was simple and the dealership actually looked like it should be selling nice cars! Thanks for doing what you said you would do and making it easy!! More
