I had a lot of questions and Anthony answered them all. I later met Germain and he assisted in enlightening us about the overseas delivery program. He assisted us in building our own S60. Unfortunately the model we wanted was not available for overseas delivery. Somewhat distraught, we put together another plan. All the time Anthony and Germain was there to assist by answering questions and making suggestions. It took a few weeks but Anthony and Germain found our beautiful S60 Inscription. Here is my experience with Park Place Volvo and Marc. Marc contacted me by phone just minutes after I submitted a web inquiry on the V70 car on a week night around 7pm. I appreciated the responsive customer service (some dealerships never contacted me at all). Came out to see the V70 and a few other models and Marc gave me the time and space to decide on the right car. No hard sell or pressure. Considering it was an older, lower priced car I was impressed that they still gave me the white glove treatment. When I pass this wagon on to my son in a few years, I plan to return to Park Place Volvo for my next car and I hope Marc is still there. More

The best deal on the web I had decided on the Volvo XC 90 for my next SUV. I started looking on the web and after about six months I saw this one at Park Pl., Volvo in Dallas. I had decided on the Volvo XC 90 for my next SUV. I started looking on the web and after about six months I saw this one at Park Pl., Volvo in Dallas. It was the 2016 XC 90 hybrid with 14,000 miles and they had certified it so I had a seven year 100,000 mile factory warrantee that was included in the purchase price. I realized that this was almost $14,000 less than any comparable used xc90 that I could find on auto trader or any other website and $23,000 less than the MSRP. It seemed too good to be true so I called and they told me that it was in perfect condition. I made a deposit, bought a plane ticket and flew out to Dallas several days later to pick it up. I'm not going to lie… I was nervous. When I arrived I found that the car was in excellent condition and everything they said was true. Leslie was my sales associate and she made sure that everything went smoothly. Great experience and I love the car! More
