They would not help me get the Honda home I was attracted to a wonderful price on a low mileage Volvo. The salesperson was unable to explain the differences between the models. After spendin I was attracted to a wonderful price on a low mileage Volvo. The salesperson was unable to explain the differences between the models. After spending the day at the dealership, the manager sold all the cars I was picking between to another dealership so I had to pick instantly without being able to see them again. I had ample time earlier but couldn't tell if the price and features differences were worth it. I choose the cheapest one. When I signed the tablet, my salesperson said he had to go to the bank before it closes. His guy got off at 5 and he was shorthanded so he could not help me get my Honda home for a few days. Another person delivered my car. The salesperson did not return my phone call complaining about the fingernail clipping that got stuck under mine when I was trying to figure out what that noise was. It was not mine and very uncomfortable. They also put grease prints on a sun visor cleaning the car. It's not that I did not like my salesperson; it's that he didn't like me and told me so. I have bought many new vehicles previously. Generally, you get a BBQ, thank you card or a new owners sale event. All I got was the cheap car. I guess you get what you pay for. I genuinely thought that the Volvo dealership would treat you like a luxury dealership. The Lexus people were much nicer. I liked my salesperson much better and wish he had sold me the car. I am handicapped and still have no plates. I will deal with it myself after paying them to do so. I have to do maintenance. Wonder if they know what my car does??? More

Anthony and Germain I made several trips to Park Place Volvo. My wife and I were greeted with a smiling Anthony and treated extremely well. I had a lot of questions and I made several trips to Park Place Volvo. My wife and I were greeted with a smiling Anthony and treated extremely well. I had a lot of questions and Anthony answered them all. I later met Germain and he assisted in enlightening us about the overseas delivery program. He assisted us in building our own S60. Unfortunately the model we wanted was not available for overseas delivery. Somewhat distraught, we put together another plan. All the time Anthony and Germain was there to assist by answering questions and making suggestions. It took a few weeks but Anthony and Germain found our beautiful S60 Inscription. Just a bit of common sense negotiating with salesman Marc Young and we settled on a terrific price. Very VERY happy with my wagon 3 weeks after purchase. Here is my experience with Park Place Volvo and Marc. Marc contacted me by phone just minutes after I submitted a web inquiry on the V70 car on a week night around 7pm. I appreciated the responsive customer service (some dealerships never contacted me at all). Came out to see the V70 and a few other models and Marc gave me the time and space to decide on the right car. No hard sell or pressure. Considering it was an older, lower priced car I was impressed that they still gave me the white glove treatment. When I pass this wagon on to my son in a few years, I plan to return to Park Place Volvo for my next car and I hope Marc is still there. More
