Outstanding support and sales experience Having owned Acura'products for 16 years I was looking for a change. The new Volvo XC90 caught my eye and the awards they won in 2016 was amazing. Over the next 4 months I visited 6 Volvo dealerships in 2 different states. I researched the web and joined a number of web forums. I decided to combine my purchase with a trip to Sweden and in Oct. 2016, I committed to the Overseas Delivery program. It was something I always wanted to do. Buy a car from the factory. My experience with Park Place was far superior to any of the other dealerships I visited. Great friendly people who listened to my needs. I had special delivery issues and travel needs and I did not expect them to know the answer to everything, but they took the time to get my answers and not just give me a line. They responded promptly and showed respect for me and my wife. Joe Barbee and Germaine Ambres were customer service experts. Honest professional attention in every way. My observation of the whole staff was very positive. I went over to their service center in another building around the corner. The service manager took the time to tell me how they deal with loaners, provided positive and accurate experience information and help me build confidence in the Volvo brand. Park Place Volvo is part of the Park Place family and this Volvo dealership represents the Volvo brand and Park Place family very well. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. More

I had a lot of questions and Anthony answered them all. I later met Germain and he assisted in enlightening us about the overseas delivery program. He assisted us in building our own S60. Unfortunately the model we wanted was not available for overseas delivery. Somewhat distraught, we put together another plan. All the time Anthony and Germain was there to assist by answering questions and making suggestions. It took a few weeks but Anthony and Germain found our beautiful S60 Inscription.
