When my vehicle was entered into the sy I purchased a 2015 S60 demo from the dealership. At the time, Volvo offered free service through 50,000 miles. When my vehicle was entered into the system, Volvo considered it a used vehicle purchase and did not flag the vehicle for the additional free service. Brian and his GM, Donny, worked with Volvo to make sure I received what was promised. In fact, they never questioned that I had been offered the free service at 40k and 50k. I have not had a single bad experience with this dealership. I've never felt hassled at any point. I recommend that people go see them whenever I get a chance. More

He called me over the weekend to check in, confirm details, was always prompt and responsive via text or phone and even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up the car! Brian took the time to give me an in-depth tutorial in the volvo and answered, with patience, all of my agonizing questions. Best of all, he came in and did all of this on his day off.
