The car looked good. I was interested in the PT Cruiser and the price quoted in the advertisement looked fair. But the answer to my question concerning if the previous I was interested in the PT Cruiser and the price quoted in the advertisement looked fair. But the answer to my question concerning if the previous owner smoked in the car was not answered. I also asked if there were any additional fees to the price quoted and if the price quoted was correct. I was told there were extra fees of $400 called a "doc Fee" that had to be added. You add the state taxes to the extra fees and you add almost a thousand dollars to the cost of the vehicle. I felt the dealer was not being honest with me so I no longer wanted the vehicle. He quickly assessed the problem -- we had inadvertently drained our secondary battery -- fixed it for us, and would not take any money for his time and effort. He and his family were very friendly. Not very experienced in deal making They will lowball you on your trade in and expect you to pay full price for a vehicle that they own. They do not know what making a "deal" means!
