I had an emergency a few Saturdays ago and needed a tire. I called twice trying to see if they had the tire in stock and got transferred around each time. When I finally reached someone, they couldn't look it up by the VIN and the car was not with me so that I could see the tire. When I finally called back with the tire size, I was transferred around yet again. Each person I spoke with except the person in parts was extremely rude. Definitely not expected nor tolerated from a dealership of this caliber. Once I reached the dealership, the young men out front spent more time laughing and talking than they did assisting customers. The only saving grace was the service advisor Chris. He was very helpful and vigilant. More
Park Place Motorcars Mercedes-Benz offers a highly skilled staff and top notch customer service orientation. Tony Nguyen is the BEST salesman. Tony is attentive, pays attention to the details, and has skilled staff and top notch customer service orientation. Tony Nguyen is the BEST salesman. Tony is attentive, pays attention to the details, and has always followed through on anything discussed. He is a master at communication and works hard to make sure all goes well and smooth. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted and kept me up to date regularly while I waited for my vehicle. He also helped me to get the cheapest financing rate and even beat all of the new car auto loan rate from credit unions around the country. I highly recommend Park Place Mercedes with Tony Nguyen. You won't be disappointed!!! Hand on one of the first 2023 Mercedes GLE 350✅✅✅ More
I purchased a new 2022 E350 from Park Place and at 2700 miles the air conditioner went out overnight. Still had dealer tags on the car and no air. After a week I was told that it was road debris that went miles the air conditioner went out overnight. Still had dealer tags on the car and no air. After a week I was told that it was road debris that went through my grill and damaged the condenser. Absolutely no damage to the grill at all but a missle of a pebble was their answer to the damage and it would not be covered under warranty. Now it gets interesting, first quote was $2700 for the repair. I said I’ll be back in touch, called another shop and the part was $800 and they could do it for $1800. Called Park Place service and miraculously they could now perform the same repair for $1700. At first I was told this repair was not covered under warranty, I agreed to the $1700, then upon pickup of my vehicle the service advisor now said it was partially covered under warranty so it came down to $1340. So owners beware! A $2700 repair went to $1340 with a quote from another shop. Unless you have a full warranty repair I suggest you look elsewhere for service, these guys prey on the people they feel they can manipulate! More

The sales guys are. very good, but don't even consider going there for service, there isn't any. Ready my complete.Google review, it's unbelievable. The Service departme very good, but don't even consider going there for service, there isn't any. Ready my complete.Google review, it's unbelievable. The Service department is managed through a call center in Atlanta. Totally dysfunctional, work isn't done at all during an appointment, or a reappointment. Nothing at all, zero, nada, fuggedaboudit. There are other.places to get mediocre service, but park Place gives NONE AT.ALL. More
Brent w/ Park place Dallas did a thorough job at making sure my concerns were addressed. He called me over the weekend to provide an update and promised to call me first thing Monday, and POOF! Promise kep sure my concerns were addressed. He called me over the weekend to provide an update and promised to call me first thing Monday, and POOF! Promise kept this Monday morning! He genuinely cares about his job and proud of the brand as I am. Truly Exceptional. Thank You Brent. No one is perfect and we are all human, so I originally was disappointed with a prior service advisor. Not only did he make up for a co worker's incompetency, He made no excuses and took responsibility even though not particular his fault. A leader and someone Id want working at my company. He ensured and secured my faith and continued business with Park Place whereas before I was not. More

I gave a call into the pre-owned sales department on my birthday, 8/28, as I had my eyes on a 2017 G-wagon that had really low mileage for its age. I finally had a brief chance to slip away from the family birthday, 8/28, as I had my eyes on a 2017 G-wagon that had really low mileage for its age. I finally had a brief chance to slip away from the family to see if the older body style G-wagon was something I wanted to get into as I had been targeting the 2019s due to the refresh. During my phone inquiry, I spoke w/ Paul Loring and asked if the vehicle was still available and the operating procedures for an on-site test drive. He shared that the vehicle was still available and that the dealership follows typical masking procedures during the test drive. I informed him that I'm about 30 minutes away and can be there within the hour to check out the car and talk in further detail. Once I reached the dealership, Paul opened up the vehicle and showed me around. I asked him what he needed from me to go for a test drive as I had wanted to see if the SUV was bumpy based on multiple on-line reviews. He then informed me that management had stated that test drives were not allowed on the vehicle unless we sat down and talked over the numbers. I then mentioned to him that I wouldn't mind sitting as a passenger if he needed to be the one to drive as I'm just trying assess the comfort level of the vehicle before I talk numbers on a $130k used SUV. He walked into the store to talk to the manager and came back and informed me that unfortunately it was still a no go. The dealership wanted to keep the miles low on the SUV and minimize the amount of "joy riding". I stayed professional throughout the entire engagement. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. As I found time during my birthday to step away, Paul mentioned that I could test drive the car over the phone, I had driven 30 minutes to drive the car and been monitoring the G-wagon sales for the last month. I've purchased multiple vehicles new and used w/ varying MSRPs (some even from Park Place) and have never experienced this level of discrimination. I found it appalling that a 4.5 year old pre-owned car w/ 20k miles (even if in high demand) required landing on the numbers before I could personally test drive or be driven in the vehicle. Due to this experience, I will no longer do business at Park Place and have already begun sharing my astonishing experience w/ several friends who are avid "vehicle" guys like myself. It would behoove them to remember in this day and age w/ multiple purchasing opportunities for qualified buyers that - "People never forget how you make them feel." More
