After a not so great experience with Mercedes-Benz in Plano, Andrew went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect experience with Park Place here in Dallas. He truly listened to all of my concerns, took into account everything I was looking for in a new car, and completely tailored the experience to me. He spoke to me as a person rather than just a dollar sign. One thing that really stood out was when Andrew took the time to go out of his way and bring the newest A220 4MATIC over TO ME for a test drive, because my crazy schedule wouldn't allow me to make it to the dealership at the time. Not only did I fall in love with the A220, but Andrew was able to change my whole mindset about the car buying experience in general. It's rare to walk into a dealership without a little bit of skepticism and feeling like people are just trying to make a sale. In past car buying experiences, I've felt completely unheard and a lot of times disrespected, because unfortunately there are people out there who are quick to assume that a young woman couldn't possibly know anything about cars or sales. They're always shocked to learn that I actually have a background in auto finance and have a very successful career in sales now. There is absolutely NO DOUBT that I will continue to come back to Park Place and work with Andrew again in the future when I'm ready for my next upgrade.
