In 2009, my wife and I leased a C300 from Erik Bohdan on the recommendation from my brother, who bought his Mercedes E350 from Erik back in 2005 or 2006. Not to our surprise Erik was great to work with, provided outstanding service, and made the process extremely easy. I knew back then that if we ever got another Merceds, that we would want to work with Erik again. Last week I called Erik to discuss some used Mercedes ML350's I found online, some of which were at other dealerships. Erik not only called these dealerships to inquire about the cars for me, he went as far as to recommened a salesman for us to talk with at the Park Place Volvo dealership. After test driving a ML 350 with Erik, we knew we had found the car we wanted, and found ourselves again in great hands, with a seamless process to buy the car. Erik made it very easy (almost too easy) to say yes as we bought the car the next day. I have continued to praise Erik and Park Place Merecedes for the quality of service we have recieved for both my wife's C300 and my recent purchase, and as I have told Erik, hope to be long term clients. I am still trying to reach someone from the finance department to help me cancel the extended warranty they sold me with the used car. But every time i call, i get the same message about nobody being a department to help me cancel the extended warranty they sold me with the used car. But every time i call, i get the same message about nobody being available and they keep asking me to either call me later or to wait for a call from them. I regularly service my own car hence any major repair on my car will not be honored by the extended warranty due to my lack of taking the car to the dealership for scheduled maintenance. But my car is only a few years old and I have had it thoroughly checked for defects and there's none. I am just going to keep calling until I get my $2000 back. I might have to travel to Dallas and pound them on their heads to get their attention. More
Walked in to discuss a possible lease on a new E350. Got caught by a high-pressure salesman. Although I told him I wasn't going to make a decision today, he kept trying to pressure me to commit to a "deal" caught by a high-pressure salesman. Why the xxxx does this dealer think that treating a potential MB customer like a Kia customer will result in sales? I'll be waiting for the new 2010 anyway, but it won't be from this dealership. More
