Ned Ross did a great job with my purchase of a 2012 E550. I began talking to Nedd about replacing my E500 in the spring, but just couldn't spend the time to determine what I wanted. Then my wife had what appeared to be a small fender-bender with her car. She drove it away from the accident and we didn't think the damage was extensive. Our insurance company thought otherwise: it would cost more than the car was worth to repair it. We were suddenly out of town with one car. i called Nedd who we have dealt with for years. I described what I wanted. He said he would have something when I returned. When we returned he showed me what was available on the lot that met my specifications and what was on the boat that did the same. He reviewed the pluses and minuses of the choices. We have complete trust in Nedd. He has helped us for years. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of our desires. I bought a new car the next day. We have been going to Park Place for more than two decades. The whole staff is very pleasant and knows their area. They go beyond what is called for by the problem that brought us in. They are always ready to help. We have been particularly pleased to work with Kevin Bara and Lillian Weaver. More

Awesome! Love just calling Eric and telling him what I want and can afford than he just calls back saying ok here is the car and the deal just come down and pick it up. This is my second new car lease at Mercedes through Eric and will not be my last. I have made a few referrals to Eric and they always end up buying or leasing with him. I took my car home for Thanksgiving and my brother and niece fell in love with it! My brother immediately asked me the details and Eric's number to call. The service and car buying experience from Eric at Park Place is incredible. I highly recommend Park Place Mercedes and Eric Bodham. Ps...it doesn't hurt that Eric is a cutie as well! :) More

Nedd Ross is very knowledgable about his product. He is very responsive and entusiastic. This is the second new Mercedes I have purchased from Nedd. He'll get my next one as well. My 2002 ML500 finally died after more than 125,000 miles. It was a troubled model but the 100,000 mile warranty made it a good deal. The ignition system failed as I was preparing to leave on a trip to Houston. I managed to get the car started and met Cathy at Park Place. She warned me that if the ignition system had to be replaced, it would be expensive. I walked into the showroom and met with Ned Ross, who had sold us the ML500 and a 2002 E-Class. In about an hour, we reached a deal on a new 2012 ML350 and my wife showed up and we dove off to Houston in her car. We picked up the ML350 three days later when we returned to Dallas. Ned was accommodating to the time restraints we had, and, as always, was pleasant to work with. He is professional and trustworthy. We could leave town and return and everything was in order and ready to go. The team work at Park Place is excellent, with everyone striving to make customer service their responsibility. Cathy Masterson was instrumental in keeping the 2002 ML500 going for 10 years. She was always amazed, for instance, when I returned time and again with the same problem (the stop switch) and worked with the service department on solving the how and why the switch failed so often. I received switch #7 about a month ago on a recall. We have owned five Mercedes now, three of which have come from Park Place and the other two from its predecessor Stephenson. We love the cars and always plan to keep them for a long time. Park Place helps us by keeping our vehicles safe and reliable. More
