I submitted an internet inquiry and Jim Beebe was the one at Park Place that responded. He was very patient in explaining all the features on the new GLK 350 that I was looking at. He was always very frien at Park Place that responded. He was very patient in explaining all the features on the new GLK 350 that I was looking at. I explained to him that I was interested in buying a car, but wanted to wait for the perfect combination of features before I made my move. He was understanding of that point. When we finally found the right car, he was able to move quickly and finalize the paperwork for me on the same day.
