This is the 5th new car I have purchased from Park Place Mercedes in the past 7 years. There are a lot of places to purchase vehicles in the DFW area and I continue to return to Park Place for their high standards of customer service, attention to detail, respect for me as individual and the commitment to hiring quality individuals like Kevin. You obviously sell an amazing product, Mercedes Benz, but the way in which you run your dealership is the difference for me to continue purchasing from your Lemmon location. More

From the moment I stepped into the doors I was greeted by a receptionist and asked what I needed help with. I was directed to gentleman by the name of Mark who asked various questions about the kind of vehi a receptionist and asked what I needed help with. Mark had another customer coming in so he filled Brad Sheridan in on my needs and the transition was as smooth as ever. Brad took a moment to fill me in on the cars we would test drive. As we headed upstairs Brad showed me the customers lounge, got me a drink, and explained the service department perks I would receive as a Mercedes Benz customer. I was able to test drive two different vehicles during my visit. Each time Brad not only explained the functionality of the vehicle, but he included real stories about how his Mercedes worked for him. I appreciated his candor and I felt like he wasn't pushing a car on me that he wouldn't purchase for himself or his family. Following our rides, Brad kindly printed out a comparison report between the two vehicles I'd selected. In addition to the printed reports, he sent me a pdf version and talked to my father (who would be making the purchase) via phone. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at Park Place. More

I am so impressed with this dealership! I'm an elementary school teacher and bought my first Smart Car from this dealership in 2009.
