I'm surprised to be a Park Place customer, but entirely satisfied with the experience. I was cross-shopping compact SUVs and planned visits (and made appointments) with Goodson Acura, Classic BMW and Audi satisfied with the experience. Passing down Lemmon, it suddenly occurred to me that Mercedes-Benz makes a compact SUV as well, so I just dropped in. Mark Alexander was so professional in his demeanor, so respectful in his manner, and so evangelical in his presentation of the Mercedes GLK that I was blown away. The sales staff at the other dealerships I visited ranged from marginal to competent. But Mark spoke of Mercedes-Benz with true fervor. I was trading out of a relatively economical car, and was seeking comfort, quiet and power. Mark carefully pointed out how the GLK truly met those qualities. In the end, I bought a fine motorcar and had a truly enjoyable experience working with Mark. I would recommend Mark and Park Place to anyone. More
