BryanPodor is an excellent sales person. He is attentive to a customer's needs, is willing to spend the time with the customer to make sure that the automobile that is leased or purchased is exactly what th to a customer's needs, is willing to spend the time with the customer to make sure that the automobile that is leased or purchased is exactly what the customer wants. This was my second buying experience with Park Place; both with Mike Kavanaugh. Prior to the purchase of these two cars, I purchase vehicles from Sewell because of Sewell’s renowned customer service, an both with Mike Kavanaugh. Prior to the purchase of these two cars, I purchase vehicles from Sewell because of Sewell’s renowned customer service, and they sell a good product. My experience with Park Place, and specifically Mike Kavanaugh, has opened my eyes to a completely new experience. Mike’s not only interested in making a sale, but he’s interested in making the sales process one that’s a painless event. With both purchases, instead of telling me how the transaction would work, Mike asked me how I would like the transaction to work. His eagerness to please made both my buying experiences pleasurable. In both cases, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. When Mike and I conducted our first transaction, I drove the new car away. In the second transaction, I had to come back the next day to pick up the car. Not because of Mike, but because I left my checkbook at home. As he delivered the new car, Mike made sure that I was introduced to a Service Rep in the event that I had any issues. He also invited me to call him with any issues. And within a few days after the closing transaction, he personally followed up to make sure everything was going well. Because of my past experience with Mike, I’ve not only recommended Park Place to friends, but I’ve specifically recommended Mike. Because I am in the customer service business myself, I am a pretty tough customer to please. That is, I was a tough customer to please, until I met Mike Kavanaugh. More

Everything about the transaction was made easy by Nedd and Mike. They were very fairin their negotation on proce and I have bought or leased six cars previopusly from that team so they know me well and th and Mike. The car they found for me was perfect for my needs and they delivered it on time with every detail taken care of. When they found one thing missing (front license plate holder) they moved quickly to replace it. Also not on the above list is Bryan Chaffee who is Nedd's new assisitant and he is fantastic!! These new cars are loaded with new technology and I would be lost without the continued help from Nedd and Bryan! More
