Our experience started with us meeting Rola Belew. He was extrememly nice and professional, and we never felt rushed into buying a car as we had experienced at other competitive dealerships. Rola even had to stay late in order for us to complete all the necessary paperwork for the purchase, but he never once made us feel that we were an inconvenience. Once we drove our Lexus off the lot, the customer service did not end there. Rola sent us several follow up emails and personal cards in the mail thanking us for choosing Park Place. As an out of state customer, I will definitely be making the drive to Dallas for our future vehicles and can only hope that Rola will still be there to help us find our next vehicle. More
