He got the car ready for me while I talked with the finance department. He showed me numerous options on the car, even showed me how to shift from park-neutral-drive. This likely would have taken me much time to figure out on my own. He also showed me the Bluetooth music feature, which I have really enjoyed. He has continued to be easily available for questions about the car even after the purchase. I would highly recommend Bryan in the future if you are considering buying or leaasing a Mercedes vehicle.
